2006 – Started life as an Occupational Health Company: Therapy Direct Healthcare.
2019 – Our founder published his first book – The Business of Health and began mentoring entrepreneurs wishing to scale their businesses. We acquired Balmoral Physiotherapy, Sunderland Physiotherapy, and Northumbrian Medical Supplies.
2020 – Northumbrian Medical Supplies raised 5 million in investment, wins government-level contracts, and becomes an approved supplier for the United Nations. Acquired Beacon Homecare Services and PROPERTIES UNIQUE AS WELL AS FOUNDING SALUTARIS people to help fight the pandemic.
2021 – Acquired Wrightcare 2012, founded Alphagenix, and successfully exited Properties Unique and Therapy Direct Healthcare.
2022 – Alphagenix FZCO was founded in the UAE. Lifetime Home Care and Safety Mundo joins TDH Capital
